Jolteon VMAX can hit your opponent for 100, but crucially, one of your opponent's benched Pokemon for another 100 (so long as it has a damage counter on it, which Inteleon preps). It utilizes the Inteleon "engine" like many other popular decks, bolstering your offense. It's also been quite durable, surviving changes made per 2021's rotation. The Jolteon VMAX deck is something of a phenomenon. You can even do this multiple times per turn, ensuring that, in an ideal scenario, you have a five-card hand no matter what you do offensively on any given turn. Its ability lets the player add cards to their hand until they have as many cards as there are Fusion Strike Pokemon presently on the field. Genesect V is more than just a background tool. But Mew VMAX, with zero retreat cost, can slide back to your bench and let you slide another Mew VMAX out for the following round. Do that constantly, specifically with Genesect V's 210-damage attack, which ordinarily forces the attacker to stick around unable to strike again the following turn. For two Colorless Energy, Mew VMAX can copy any attacks from Pokemon on the bench. The Mew VMAX deck presently reigns supreme, a fact that has held true for multiple expansions and counting. You do not want to lose this one to your opponent's clever counters. Magma Basin is your massive way forward in this endeavor, which is why the deck is stacked with four Stadium cards. The crux of this deck is to bring as many Fire Energies to your Centiskorch VMAX as possible, as quickly as possible. The brighter news is that, with the many spectacular cards from Brilliant Stars now in our pockets, the Centiskorch VMAX (Post-Rotation) deck is more powerful than ever. For starters, many of the cards in the pre-rotation version of this award-winning deck are no longer legal in Standard. Two big things have changed in the many months since.
We've removed four decks and replaced them with another three, so you can get started constructing any of these seven tournament-tier strategies in mid-2022.Ĭentiskorch VMAX's incredibly high damage potential was noted as soon as its release. Nobody enjoys searching for deck suggestions crisp and ready for the current meta only to discover midway through that they're wasting their time on something that, say, still includes GX aces.
